Return Policy




​1. All vendor allows returns.
2. Vendor allows returns on sale items, closeouts or special orders.
3. In order to request an Return, the buyer must email the following : Invoice Number, Order Date, Company Name, Style Number, Quantity, Color, Reason, Amount.
4. Return Shipping for unauthorized returns or refused/unaccepted packages are charged to the buyer.
5. Packages that have been opened or are not in their original packaging are not allowed to return.
6. The original shipping and handling cost is not refundable
7. Buyers have 7 Days to make a return claim on defective merchandise.
8. Buyers are reimbursed for defective items through a refund.
9. The vendor is reimbursing the buyer for return shipping fees of
ONLY defective merchandise.
10. Buyers have 7 days to make a return claim on non-defective merchandise.
11. Buyers are reimbursed for non-defective items through a refund.
12. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees of non-defective merchandise.
13. Buyers have 7 days to make a return claim on non-defective merchandise without restocking fees.
14. A restocking fee/penalty of 10% will be charged for returns of non-defective merchandise after the return deadline.
